Love the structure of the class (7-min rounds of different workouts) it makes you busy and not bored. I’m a beginner for fitness classes and this is challenging but not impossible as you can use lighter weights. Tracy checked in with me a few times during the class knowing I’m new, teaching me how to use equipments, the right postures and the right muscles to use.

see all reviewsMy favorite local workout class! Dani is the best. Really welcoming and encouraging to those of all fitness levels. Challenging but always varied and fun. I appreciate the close attention given to proper form and modifications provided when needed. The structure and timing of each circuit is well thought out, so it’s actually doable with time for rest between sets and to wipe down equipment before switching stations. I’m not someone who typically enjoys strength training or HIIT, but I know it’s good for my health, and I honestly look forward to going here.

see all reviewsOxygen is a great new studio in Bellevue. I loved the Saturday morning Hot Total Body Condition class with Sarita, she’s a friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate instructor. This class is for weight and cardio training, so it makes sense that the space is well-lit, and the music was perfectly suited for a workout. Perhaps some people just enjoy finding things to complain about, but I personally appreciate what this class offers and will definitely be back!
