see all reviewsWonderful class. They instructor started class by explaining you machine, then we did a full body workout. She ended with great stretches. I was dripping with sweat. I will definitely be back! - I only have two recommendations: 1. Consider changing the playlist to the clean version of any song so that it beeps out the cuss words. (I've left studios I loved due to the music) 2. Consider adding a class with the option to use sauna after for more credits. Thanks for a great class!

see all reviewsI loved this class! Stella is an amazing instructor. After visiting multiple studios and even instructing mat pilates classes myself, I was challenged in a new way. She has a very no-nonsense approach but she will offered corrections and tailor as best as she can. I will definitely be back for another class- I think I found my new studio!

The spin class was hard but doable for a first-timer. For someone coming regularly, you could still keep it challenging as your fitness improves by adding more resistance to the bike. I really enjoyed it and got a great full body workout.
