    Anna subbed class today and was such fun!! There were only three of us so it was very personalize and she kept us all honest on really trying with each and every pose. There wasn't any hands on corrections, but I still got a lot out of class!

    Sooo fun. Kate the instructor has such fun anecdotes. Playlist was alternative 80s but apparently she switches it up every week. This class is not as hard as barre at a barre studio so I'd highly recommend it for w beginner. loved it!!!!

    Postural Therapy

    Very different from any other class I've taken (and I've taken many). This is not an exercise class; you won't work up a sweat. It's more like a mix between slow yoga and meditation, with an emphasis on correct alignment/posture. Marie is very sweet and keeps classes small (we had 6 total) so that she can be attentive to everyone. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this particular class because I prefer more high energy workouts, but I'm definitely going to try the studio's other classes!
