    TONEd DOWN: An Intro to Btone

    This was my first class and I'm very glad I attended the intro. Brooke said the difference between this class and the regular is that 1) there is no pause in between exercises to explain the position in the regular class, 2) there is a greater number of exercises/positions in the regular, and 3) more time is spent working each muscle in the regular. Definitely one of my favorite Class Pass classes so far. Brooke is a great instructor.

    So good and efficient. Don't be fooled by the short class, you will be working at 90-100% for almost all of it with VERY short breaks. Easy to follow and the instructor was great, fun and lots of good energy. Definitely doable for beginners but I'd recommend taking an extra break whenever needed as it's very intense. I'll be back!
