Greg was an instructing at Lifetime and is great. Good instruction and well led flows. This classes also are heated and you get a towel with essential lavender oil at the end. So refreshing!!

see all reviewsThis studio just opened recently and I was excited to try it out, since it’s on my way home from work. The yoga room is very inviting and clean, and has a great Zen vibe. Hannah’s class was awesome, with the perfect mix of a bit of chill and some challenge. She was super welcoming and friendly when I came in to the studio too. This is definitely a place I can feel comfortable showing up on my mat and doing my yoga practice. Added bonus, Solstice is also a Kava/coffee/tea bar. I’m excited to come back and try some of their yummy drinks. I’ll definitely be back soon!

see all reviewsDid the beginners pole tricks class. I would recommend probably doing some other beginner class prior to this. But the instructor was amazing, super informative and welcoming and helpful. The women in the class were all sweet and inviting as well. Definitely a workout!
