see all reviewsIm a barrys regular and this was extremely challenging class. I was into it but would definitely be too much for someone new or beginner level. One piece of feedback that you can take or leave: playlist was great but wish he chilled on swapping out/changing the songs so often :)

see all reviewsFirst class back since Covid, and it was great! Best work out class, great instructor, music. Class was difficult, but not impossible and the great thing is you can modify to your own level. Masks were worn. I’m still not 100% comfortable with sharing machines/weights with covid rates rising, but class itself is amazing. Greg deserves a lot of credit for his playlist and ability to flawlessly teach basically two classes at one time.

She is a total pro and I love her mix of acceptance, honoring your body and challenging yourself. Her use of the word amplification instead of level when giving options was welcomed too. I do think the ventilation in the room could use some improvement though.
