    I really appreciated that Ashleigh clearly communicated the duration (30/45/60/90) and target step length (medium/medium-long/long/etc.) for each track. It helped manage expectations and stay motivated. In other classes I’ve been to, it has often been quite hard to understand what the instructor is shouting over the music, so this was a pleasant surprise.
