    The instructor was super friendly and the class was extremely well structured. I really enjoyed that we worked with functional movements rather than some HIIT classes where they try and make the exercises "interesting" for the sake of it. The only thing is that you don't get any personal attention or correction so it isn't accessible for a first timer but I think people are aware that that is part of the Barry's brand. P.S. Shake was delicious!
