Instructors will swap every 6 mins, so it was fun meeting them all. The group classes are at the blue building in Level 2, enter through side door. Don't get confused with their ring on the next street like me!

The coaching is incredibly detailed, honestly the most thorough I’ve experienced at any gym. I was a bit concerned at first after reading a Google review, but there was no inappropriate behavior at all !!!.The gym is super clean and very well-maintained.
