see all reviewsThis class is no joke! I really enjoyed it. The instructor is super enthusiastic - lots of WOOO! - and the class goes by quickly. Would’ve loved to have heard the music and it was difficult to see what was happening during the entire glutes against the mirror segment (if you miss FlyBarre, it reminded me of that style). Great workout.
