She was able to move me into the correct form without being too pushy or invasive, and gave us shout outs when we were doing well. I have been doing lagree for a while now and I think she provides a great workout for both beginners and regulars!

see all reviewsThis is a good beginner to intermediate level class. The instructor has a great voice and flows through manageable and semi-relaxing poses. I still got my sweat on but found ease in knowing the poses she was cueing. However, if I was brand new I’d probably be slightly lost in the lack of mind to body explanation. That being said, I will definitely be back!!

I had a “circumstance” that made me late to class and I’m so grateful she held the door a few extra minutes so I could soak up her wonderful guidance and wisdom. My body needed the stretching but my mind was the true recipient of that practice, feeling love and warmth and all the things. Thank you again!
