Thoroughly enjoyed the practice today, it was such a great start to a Friday morning and I will definitely be back! The teacher brought great energy to the room, and the venue is very suitable for the class. It wasn’t not clear to me on the ClassPass page that you have to bring your own towel and mat unfortunately (unless you want to pay - but it’s not expensive!), so if you haven’t been before be sure to bring those if you don’t want to pay extra!
