    BODYPUMP™ - Strength

    I’ve done a few bodypump classes at other gyms, but this one if by far the best (i.e., hardest). A continuous 60min of strength exercises with very minimal rest - you’ll definitely feel it the next day! The instructor did a good job explaining proper form too.

    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    Im a barrys regular and this was extremely challenging class. I was into it but would definitely be too much for someone new or beginner level. One piece of feedback that you can take or leave: playlist was great but wish he chilled on swapping out/changing the songs so often :)

    Nicoles classes never disappoint. She is very friendly and a motivating instructor. She is precise and timely with her instructions. She always provides options/modifications for difficult moves so that she makes sure everyone in the class gets a good workout.

    The instructor and studio are great, I'll definitely go back. However, I didn't think 50 Cent's Candy Shop was very empowering and appropriate for a group of 12 women to be listening to. I'd rather have less misogynistic music.
