    Fab is literally the only person who can make me do cardio. Is bouncing on the trampoline for 25 minutes hard, yes but Fab makes it so fun the 25 minutes go by really quickly!     First time taking this and definitely felt the burn during class and after. The moves are pretty complicated and the instructor wasn’t able to walk me through each one so I wasn’t sure if I was doing it all correctly. Probably would be best to take an intro class first where they walk you through each one without slowing down the more experienced. Might try that next.
