    The studio is SO cute & the music was awesome. I took cardio barre and it was so challenging. The movements are easy but it definitely puts your endurance to the test. I left feeling like I had worked out every part of my body and got in a really good sweat! Ill definitely be back.

    The clinics here are hit or miss but you can't beat the combination of a strong group of players and an excellent instructor. Rick had lots of helpful tips I haven't heard before (in the 30 or so clinics I've taken here) and had different and fun drills/games.

    Tried bouldering for the first time with a friend, we shared a chalk bag and rented shoes so it wasn't too bad with the extra fees. The community there was great, definitely saw some solo climbers but we ended up meeting quite a few new people while we were taking a break. Loved it! Will come back for sure

Expect to do 5 min of cardio on a helix elliptical machine (2 times total throughout class), 5 min of cardio on a ski erg (2 times total throughout class), 5 min of strength work with body weight or weights 4 times.

    Such a good Saturday workout. Instead of running we played flip the pizza which was such a good interactive class activity.     Great workout - a challenging mix of rowing and circuits. Luis the instructor was great - encouraging with really helpful personalized form guidance on all the exercises. Make sure to check your email a couple of hours before class so you know if it's an indoor session or an outdoor one. if it's indoors it's a bit tricky to find, go into the martial arts studio and then go downstairs which is where the workout space is.

    So so happy to see Lagree NY on classpass!! I had been to this studio several times prior to today and always had a great experience. The instructors are friendly, welcoming and demonstrate exercises during class so there is minimal confusion if you’re not sure about form. The classes I’ve been to are all smaller than other studios so there is more individual attention (although I imagine being on classpass may draw more people). The studio is well lit so you can actually see yourself and make form adjustments (most machines only have mirrors on one side). The music is not blaring so you will not lose your hearing. The workouts are always a well balanced mix of upper and lower body and are more in line with Lagree method as compared to other studios in the area. While I don’t think this is the most intense megareformer workout it’s still incredibly effective and makes me feel good that I can do back to back without as much rest time.
