    Love this instructor but this sequence wasn’t great. Nearly 100% of the class was using the upper body - even when we did legs it was on all 4s with the bungee or skater lunges using the arms to stabilize. The only break we got was a set of squats and a set of mermaid at the very end. Bummer bc by the time we got to core at the end (wheelbarrow & inchworm), I couldn’t burn my abs/obliques out because my upper body was so burnt out from the last 30+ minutes.
