see all reviewsI looooove love love Ms. Katina’s technique. She’s very clear, direct, and detailed. She sticks to the true pilates techniques and really takes her time to explain the movements/concepts so that we understand and can succeed within our exercise. I’ve taken many classes with many different instructors and always find myself missing her method of teaching. She’s the only instructor i’ll drive 20 miles for to attend a class. Absolutely brilliant.
