    Nice gym with plenty of space and machines. They have a small whirl pool, steam, and sauna with tons of showers. Very clean amenities- they provide soap and shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryers, cotton swabs, and some straighteners. Just missing deodorant! Otherwise gorgeous and would definitely go back.

    Bar Method

    This class is not for the faint of heart; I was already sore leaving the class. The entire studio is beautiful and the instructor gave lots of corrections. However, we put the weights and mats back without washing them, which is a little gross. Would recommend in any case.

    Really liked Kaseys class! Not over-choreographed, more athletic in style. I wish that the studio owners cared more about the facilities - give this awesome instructor a mic pack and sound system that really works so we can hear her directions!

    Great workout! Challenging but still doable for beginners (maybe with some modifications). Overall I really enjoyed this class and liked that it devoted equal time to all major muscle groups, as many barre classes I’ve noticed focus almost exclusively on thigh/glute work with little emphasis on arms and abs, this was not that. Would definitely return.
