    It was so fun! I was so intimidated at first but as we kept going I started to get the hang of it. I would suggested learning out to take the shoes off the pedals before getting on. I almost took the bike with me because I didn’t know how to get my feet off lol other than that it was good!

    Highly recommend this class! I have a hard time going to a gym and lifting and creating my own circuit work out, it intimidates me. This class makes it so much easier. The personalized feedback, small group session makes it fun and comfortable! We did one 10 exercise circuit 4x, has all equipment and even a treadmill! I'll be back!

    Kirsten was absolutely amazing! She was really motivating and helped me a lot since it was my first time taking a Barre class. The studio is clean, there was a good amount of room for everyone to space themselves out. I definitely recommend for a good workout.
