She is also incredibly mindful of my lower back sensitivity, making adjustments that allow me to train safely while still making progress. On top of that, her upbeat attitude keeps every session fun and motivating. She pushes me just the right amount, challenging me to improve while ensuring I stay confident in my abilities. Highly recommend!
