Coach Vahn was very nice and encourage us throughout the workout but do not force us more than our limit and very attentive if we feel pain. I’m a hijabi and he was very respectful to me like he would demonstrate or show where to stand etc instead of holding my body to be in certain position. Oh btw power plate is basically a machine that vibrates so you burn more calories while workout.
