see all reviewsAlways a great class! It’s nice to switch up the routines and add variety, Kira is good at doing that. My only issue is the head rest is between to round shoulder pads and it’s actually quite painful, these are not soft, maybe because the place is very new and so is the equipment, so hopefully over time they soften up.
