see all reviewsI had THE BEST time with aerial yoga! I am a very beginner and my grip hands were definitely a bit sore since my grip strength is horrible but I was able to do everything. Sherry was great with individualized adjustments. I went with my bestie and we got to take a progress video at the end which made me feel very accomplished even though I’m still very new. I can’t wait to see how much better I’ll get!
