I’ve been wanting a postpartum class but just for me 😅 I’m still a little apprehensive about bringing baby to public classes but my body is not ready for hard-charging vinyasa just yet. This class is the perfect balance of gentle stretching with a healthy dose of pelvic floor activation and strengthening. Maija was a delight. Her sequencing is thoughtful and her cues are intelligent. I loved being offered a few different modification options for where my body is at. I’m planning to make this a regular part of my week!
