It was very relaxing and grounding. He even messaged my face and jaw, which I've never had anyone do. I will definitely be back!

see all reviewsSuch a calming and restoring experience. The studio is adorable with small gifts to purchase. Jill and I talked through my issues (extreme lower back pain from a pinched nerve, and also just feeling very stuck and stagnant in life) before I laid down on the table and she began. She used essential oils, crystals, and light touch to unblock all of my chakras. Afterwards, she talked me through each one and how it was showing up (or failing to show up) in my life. I could already feel the emotional release at this point and tears were leaking down my face. Which I expected to happen, I have been holding so much trauma, anxiety, and stress for years that my body is in physical pain. It’s the following day now and I feel calmer, the pain is lesser in my back, and I am hopeful to begin healing my emotional pain. I will absolutely be back and plan to make this a monthly appointment.
