    She was so clear and concise with her instruction. Also appreciated her greeting me with kindness. I liked her demeanor, she was down to earth, we need more of that in these spaces. 🦋 class was hard !!! And it made so much sense. Studio is beautiful! Will def be back!!

    Esther’s flow of the class was perfect, she moved at a perfect pace, was clear, and had a warm & welcoming personality. I felt like I was in a Private as she gave such good, individualized attention to everyone in the room, making sure form was correct. A great, challenging class with proper modifications when needed. Will return for sure!

    Loved every bit of it. The 20 minutes of HIIT in the beginning are intense but the pacing is so well set that it moves along fairly quickly. The following 40 minutes on the reformer help seal in the burn across your muscle groups but it’s never more than you can handle. Jean communicated modifications and corrections clearly and well; really appreciated all the modeling she did for us ahead of each exercise. Space is clean and parking is fairly plentiful along York Blvd.
