Loved this class! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, gave modifications that maintained rigor but honored where I’m at, and was extremely motivating. I’ll def be back!!!

This class was fantastic. Both challenging and relaxing. It was an emotional day for many of us in the room after the SCOTUS decision and Mark managed to make the class both joyful and empowering. Definitely recommend!

For newbies: the hand wraps are $15 (+tax) not $5 as listed in the description. Kind of annoying to pay that after $4 in parking too… the instructor helps but the workout is mainly “taught” by tv monitors that show the combos. I guess it was nice to see it displayed with people demo-ing the hits (ie: jab, uppercut, cross) but kept having to look at the series changing vs really getting connected to my movements. Maybe this comes with more boxing practice. Now that I have the wraps, I’d probably try again. Shoutout to Ray for being patient and helpful as a leader of our small class.

Got to the studio and there was literally a “for sale” sign on the front of it. Crazy that class pass still advertises class times for this clearly defunct studio
