Introducing the ClassPass Concierge beta program
ClassPass Concierge is a beta program through which concierges book appointments for ClassPass members at businesses that are not ClassPass partners. Through Concierge, ClassPass helps its members discover small businesses in their area and drives more traffic to those businesses.
How ClassPass Concierge works
The concierge service works similarly to a hotel concierge.
Reservations requested by Concierge are only confirmed with the ClassPass member if the business accepts the appointment. Additionally, ClassPass honors all requests to remove listed businesses from the program and from ClassPass’ platform.
Why did ClassPass start this service?
The Concierge service gives ClassPass members the ability to request a wider array of services while sending revenue directly back into their communities. Concierge businesses are paid 100% of the direct rates for their services.
Advantages of becoming a ClassPass partner
Businesses who are part of the Concierge program have the option of becoming ClassPass partners. A significant number of Concierge participants have chosen to do so, and as a result, have had the opportunity to benefit from the partnership and earn additional revenue.
