The nomination & voting process
At the end of each year, we collect nominations via an in-app survey and a series of Instagram posts. Users can nominate their favorite businesses and instructors by tagging them on the posts and/or submitting votes in the app. Final winners are determined by:
The amount of social media comments
The number of votes submitted in the ClassPass app
Reservation data for the year they’re nominated
The future
As ClassPass expands to support more businesses like restaurants and theaters, so will Best of ClassPass. In the coming years, audiences can expect to see new award categories, new locations highlighted, and more!
