Amazing!
Yoga Sculpt with Lisa
Easier than other sculpt classes but the instructor focuses on form which is great
Yoga Sculpt with Lisa
I am a bit of a purist when it comes to yoga and weight lifting, so this class was not for me. I did not think the weighted squats in Warrior II are a safe exercise for the knees. These poses are meant to be static for a reason. Overall, the instructor kept a good pace and I got a hot sweaty HIIT cardio workout in proximity to other people's feet.
Yoga Sculpt with Lisa
Great mix of yoga and workout
Yoga Sculpt with Angelique
Definitely more sculpt than yoga but it was fun and good.
Yoga Sculpt with Angelique
Great class but its frustrating that the teacher always does savasana after the class is technically over- if she could just start it a few minutes earlier then it wouldnt run over time and everyone could partake in that important part of class.
Yoga Sculpt with Angelique
Challenging class and enthusiastic teacher! Great workout!
Yoga Sculpt with Lisa
Usually this class is amazing and challenging but the instructor was trying some strange moves this time. Not into it!
Yoga Sculpt with Lisa
Great music. Teacher is cool. Definitely would consider it a Pilates and strength training with a hint of yoga, but its super fun and difficult.
Yoga Sculpt with Angelique
Great instructor
