Yoga Basics with Daniel
Really good class and instructor!
Yoga Basics with Anna
Overcrowded ! Teacher was good but class was so full she wasnt really able to set her mat & demonstrate the poses.
Yoga Basics with VaZa
The pace was too quick for a beginner course, especially one focused on breathing.
Yoga Basics with Stacey
Fantastic class. Highly recommended for fellow beginners!
Yoga Basics with Stacey
Great instructor! Stacy made yoga very accessible and provided many options for various poses. The atmosphere was very welcoming, low pressure, and judgement free which made it excellent for a beginner. The only downside was the class was quite packed and ventilation in the room was poor. There was less than a foot of space between everyone's mats and it was a good ten degrees or so warmer in the room than in the hallway.

I LOVE Staceys class
Yoga Basics with Stacey
What a lovely experience! I'm not a yogi but I felt really comfortable and was able to stretch exactly what needed to be stretched. The instructor also did a great job correcting me and answering my silent questions.
