How it works

About this class

This class is an exploration the “power” theme and will incorporate both flow-based practice (linking poses together with breath) and static posture practice (challenging our strength and endurance). Power Flow will enliven students' core strength, both through focused core work as well as through emphasis on moving from the core into many categories of postures, such as arm balances. Practicing in this way improves posture, stabilizes the lower spine and pelvis, increases overall muscle tone, and heightens capacity for focus and mental clarity. This athletic and deep practice is not recommended for first time yogis.

Power Yoga with Tiffany
Ambiance was great-love the 2nd level studio. A bit cramped with people in the middle causing your legs to hit the walls in transition. Wish they’d tell you what studio you’d be in for booking to predict this .
Power Yoga with Martine
This class was tough but it was a wonderful way to start off my day!
Power Yoga with Tiffany
Tiffany’s class is always great. However, this studio does tend to overbook its classes. Dude in front of me kept bopping his butt on my head during goddess squats. Class would be perfect if it wasn’t packed too tight.
Power Yoga with Tiffany
The class was really good the instructor was amazing but unfortunately it’s a bit too crowded for me. The classes are packed and it makes the experience uncomfortable.
Power Yoga with Martine
Favorite yoga class in SF, hands down!
Power Yoga with Roy
Ive always loved Roys class. People love him because of his power/core focused work outs, but what I like the most is his direct ques, inventive sequencing, and pace. His music playlist is also spot on
Power Yoga with Tiffany
Great class but too packed
Power Yoga with Tiffany
Very challenging class with an amazing instructor Tiffany. Fast flow, high repetition, challenging poses and you will definitely break a sweat. I liked that although it was a power yoga class she gave really good instruction so I could follow along easily. The class if definitely very crowded and it is consistently this way every time I have been for those who dont want super tight classes.
