About this class

Strength training combined with cardio is the fastest-way to get the results you want. Come break a sweat using the Pilates Jumpboard to get your heart-pumping and utilize all the Pilates small props including hand weights, magic circles and much more. A fun all level class. Keep your water close by, you're gonna need it!

Good for strength and toning. About 6-7 people in the class. Easy street parking. Kim was very nice and attentive. More Pilates than cardio which was perfect.

Wendy is focused and adds lots of good adjustments and suggestions. I usually get a solid workout in here.

this was my last time trying this place. wanted to like it, so gave it three tries. nope. have done a lot of pilates in Denver and because I'd never taken a class with this instructor before it felt like she focused all of her attention on me, giving corrections before I even got into position. found it condescending. she made a lot of assumptions about my strength and abilities that I did not care for.

What is ClassPass?
