Blazin' Bands at The Fit Factor Studio
About this class
Are you looking to fire up your body and change up your regular dumbbell routine? Join the newest class on our Fit Factor schedule. Burn a little rubber (and a lot of fat!) with a head to toe sculpting session! Resistance bands can be used to work nearly every muscle in your body. Rubber band training enables the muscles to work the whole range of motion with resistance, unlike weights, and is perfect for rehabilitation. Build muscle endurance and build lean muscle mass to boost your metabolism and burn more body fat. You will also build cardiovascular endurance and learn how to activate certain muscle groups for maximum benefits. Let’s practice our mind and body connection together, while putting all of our focus on the muscle we’re activating. In this class the use of resistance bands, full body weight exercises, treadmills sprints and long distance running (or walking) will be utilized to build lean muscle, stamina and strength, as well as increase flexibility. Bands are simple to use, yet effective in working every muscle. This is a high impact class and all fitness levels are welcome. It’s you vs. you. Now let’s set these bands on fiyah!

How to prepare
1) Water - Make sure you bring a water bottle with a top/cap to class. You will get thirsty! 2) Towel - Please bring a small sweat towel to class. You'll need it for your mat and you will sweat! 3) Workout gloves - These are not required, but helpful when gripping weights (for The 50 Minute Factor Class) 4) Boxing gloves or hand wraps if your are taking Fit Factor Fight Club
