Total Body Conditioning with Liz
First time going to Barre Code and did the total body workout—very good HITT class, great workout. Liz demonstrated moves well so could follow. Would return for other classes.
Total Body Conditioning with Natalia
Instructor was great, but the routine wasn’t my favorite and felt rushed
Total Body Conditioning with Akiya
Akiya was awesome! The class went by so fast! Great studio with wonderful staff. Only complaint was the ankle weights-gave me a blister!
Total Body Conditioning with Natalia
Lots of awkward bouncing around and football runs. No focus on form, just heart rate the whole time. Meh. I can go for a run for that. Waaaaaayy too many Class Pass credits $$ for what you get out of this class... A big no for me.
Total Body Conditioning with Liz
There was high impact cardio in the class which I find is tough without wearing sneakers.
Total Body Conditioning with Natalia
Worked up a sweat. However, some moves can be hard on the hands. We were instructed to hold onto the med ball handles while slamming the med balls into the ground, which hurt my palms. Also, holding oneself up using the med ball handles while in plank position hurts the hands.
Total Body Conditioning with Liz
The instructor talked non stop through the class and it was distracting instead of inspiring
Total Body Conditioning with Liz
This class was a great workout and Liz provided many modification suggestions. I would’ve liked some adjustments, though, to make sure my form was correct. It can be difficult to get all of the moves down correctly when you just get a quick demo and are doing so many moves in circuits.
Total Body Conditioning with Kaye
I love love loved this. I would say heavier bar lifting. 12 pounds was not enough. Otherwise it killed!
Total Body Conditioning with Liz
Very challenging!
