Fast paced cardio with interval strength moves intertwined, then a slow and deep sculpt that targets every part of your body. If you want a strong core and long lean muscles this is the class for you!   Check In at the Desk Before Entering Class.

Instructor was really friendly and sweet. The class was fun a series of short dance routines with plyometrics. All cardio. Worked up a nice sweat. Big studio room and class wasn't that filled which was nice! Not overly exhausting, probably like a beginner level.

The air in the studio was stale - if I hadn't been near the open door I might not have stayed in the class. Generally energetic instructor, though it would be helpful if she had a mic.

How to prepare

All class equipment you will need is provided. Wear athletic shoes & comfortable flexible clothing for most classes, including Yoga Booty Ballet. Yoga can be done barefoot or with socks. Please note that showers are available all day, except after 8pm---so if you're taking a class or working out in the gym after 8pm, the sparkling clean, well-stocked with all amenities, shower will not be available.

How to get there

Free parking spaces in front of SWERVE + metered street parking surrounding the studio. Note that 3rd Street is a busy traffic area when anticipating travel & parking time. Check in at the front desk before class, the first SWERVE door by the gym (well marked with a stand up sign "check in here") before you reach the studio. First-time students, please arrive 10 minutes before class. Please turn off cell phones during class. Alkaline water refill $1, bottled water $2-3, bars, coconut water, protein shakes, kombucha,coffee, towel rental $1.

What is ClassPass?
