About this class

Our signature workout. 50 minutes of low-impact, high-intensity strength training: the lights are low and the music is loud. Your coach will guide you through a series of slow & controlled movements that are sequenced to work your muscles to failure. This class is accessible for all fitness levels and can be amplified or modified to accommodate your individual goals.

How to prepare

If this is your first visit, download our [solidcore] app, create a profile using your ClassPass email & sign our liability waiver. Wear something comfortable to sweat in. Clients can go barefoot or wear grippy socks—no regular socks/shoes are allowed on the machine. Arrive 15 minutes before class time, so they can get you acquainted with the machine. New clients, must arrive 15 minutes early or won't be allowed into class. ClassPass users must pay for all merchandise purchased in studio by leaving credit card information with coach.

How to get there

[solidcore] Midtown is located off Peachtree Pl NE. Validated parking is available in the deck right next to Dancing Goats Coffee. Be mindful that the studio entrance is actually off of West Peachtree, not Peachtree Place. Door Code 1029#.

It is difficult to handle different levels of students in one class, this was my second class and I found it really difficult. I really didn’t enjoy it at all. The exercise were almost impossible for me and repetitive, instead of changing positions and working different muscles this time we did around 8 total positions a lot of times and that was frustrating.

What is ClassPass?
