About this class

Muscles feeling a little tight? Want to add more flexibility while still strengthening and toning your body? Try our Stretch and Tone class. A variation on our signature RockIt Pilates class, Stretch and Tone will move through our traditional exercises while adding elements of muscle lengthening and stretching. Align your body from head to toe, gain greater flexibility, and still enjoy an intense shirt-drenching workout that fuses pilates, cardio, and weight training on our state-of-the-art Proformer.

How to prepare

Grip socks are required to be worn in classes, except in Rockit Recess classes. Grip socks may be purchased at the studios. Towels and sneakers are required in RockIt Recess classes. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class at RockIt Body to fill out paperwork, take a profile photo, and meet with instructor for machine safety. If arrival to the first class is later, client may not be admitted into class, and will be considered a "no-show". Thank you!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
