About this class

A popular bit of kit for many years now the TRX builds fantastic strength in the major muscle groups whilst also hitting those smaller supportive muscles, which we often neglect. This means long, lean, strong muscles but also strong, less injury prone joints. Because of the design of the TRX exercises you will constantly be activating the deeper core muscles too. Don’t be fooled though as it isn’t all slow paced, the instructors will keep the energy up by throwing in some TRX cardio moves throughout. Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate fitness clothing. Please bring your own towel if you wish to shower. Please be aware that from time to time staff may be dealing with clients and may close the front door. If you arrive for a class and find the front door closed please use the keypad and enter 4140 Please close the door once you have entered.

Ok class, definitely not for beginners. The exercises were hard and the instructor gave very little guidance.

What is ClassPass?
