About this class

This is the Lower Body version of our new signature class. By combining Power Plate strength exercises with high-energy kickboxing drills on the bags, we have created a high energy, fun and super effective kickboxing hiit class. With your own punch bag to work on you will be taken through minimum 3minute rounds at a time with little rest. In the Strike Down all your power plate exercises will be focussing on your lower body only so be prepared to feel the burn! The class is designed to make you sweat, while you have fun learning new skills and also get to release the stresses of your day on that bag! You’ll leave feeling energised, happy and strong.

Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate fitness clothing. Please bring your own towel if you wish to shower. Please be aware that from time to time staff may be dealing with clients and may close the front door. If you arrive for a class and find the front door closed please use the keypad and enter 4140 Please close the door once you have entered.

What is ClassPass?
