About this class

HIIT Training is the optimum way of burning fat, in fact, research shows that you may continue to burn fat 24hrs after you’ve finished your workout. Now who wouldn’t want that? High, Intensity, Interval Training (HIIT) can torch maximum calories in a minimum amount of time. We will take you through short periods of intense exercises, followed by short periods of active rest. Get in the best shape of your life (and look like it too) by committing to at least two HIIT sessions a week. All levels Cardio Tone Sweat

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate fitness clothing. Please bring your own towel if you wish to shower. Please be aware that from time to time staff may be dealing with clients and may close the front door. If you arrive for a class and find the front door closed please use the keypad and enter 4140 Please close the door once you have entered.

Enjoyed the class I did work up a sweat. But found the instructor rather rude. For someone who hadnt been to the Studio before there was no introduction and he seemed more interested in swapping the songs halfway through them.

What is ClassPass?
