About this class

Suitable for all levels. Classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath, while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to a little more complex. You will  build heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. All levels Tone Flexibility Strength Core Mind

Good dynamic flow work out. Instructor made sure to correct everyone's positions as needed

The studio is easy to find, with the classes taking place in an open area upstairs with showers and a changing area downstairs. Most people must arrive ready for their workout as the changing area is small - only 2 cubicles. The instructor was great and the class was cosy but not overcrowded.

Stand in for Deepa - not the most engaged teacher (no welcome or intro..) but a solid and strong vinyasa practice

Slow class, with good alignment instructions. More for beginners. Shame the studio does not have any props for the yoga and the mats are rather tatty/smelly.
