About this class

Strike Down - 30 mins This is the Lower Body version of our new signature class. By combining Power Plate strength exercises with high-energy kickboxing drills on the bags, we have created a high energy, fun and super effective kickboxing hiit class. With your own punch bag to work on you will be taken through minimum 3minute rounds at a time with little rest. In the Strike Down all your power plate exercises will be focussing on your lower body only so be prepared to feel the burn! The class is designed to make you sweat, while you have fun learning new skills and also get to release the stresses of your day on that bag! You’ll leave feeling energised, happy and strong.  All levels  Cardio  Strength  Tone  Therapeutic  Sweat  Lower Body

Squats, planks, Russian twists, hooks... in 30 minutes you work on lower and upper body using weights, punching bag and vibrating plate. For beginners or advanced. Even injured people like me. Great workout. 2 minutes per exercise then you switch. Small class.

A class for all levels since - regardless it being full - Erik takes care and explains and adjusts everybody in the class. To the extent that it feels like a 1:1 training but with the fun atmosphere of a class. You sweat and build your strength too. Perfect combination and very knowledgeable trainer.

What is ClassPass?
