About this class

HIIT Training is the optimum way of burning fat, in fact, research shows that you may continue to burn fat 24hrs after you’ve finished your workout. Now who wouldn’t want that? High, Intensity, Interval Training (HIIT) can torch maximum calories in a minimum amount of time. We will take you through short periods of intense exercises, followed by short periods of active rest. Get in the best shape of your life (and look like it too) by committing to at least two HIIT sessions a week. * All levels * Cardio * Tone * Sweat

The class was okay but I am used to a little bit more intense and interesting hiit classes. Also didn't see the trainer correct anyone form during the class and he didn't seem very interested. More of a beginners - medium class.

The worst HIIT class I have done to date, instructor didnt want to be there and had no idea how to run a HIIT class. Wasnt worked hard enough. The class was also cut short and only ran for 20m out of the 30m time slot. Would love a refund!
