Circuit Training is one of the classics when it comes to fitness! The class will involve a circuit set up with a mixture of strength, body conditioning, cardio, stamina and skill based exercises. This was the worst class I’ve been to in a long time. Definitely not worth the credits I paid for it.

The circuit stations were effective but unfortunately the instructor wasnt very upbeat and motivational so the class dragged on. The facilities werent very clean either so It was a bit disappointing.

I didnt enjoy this class. It was quite repetitive and focussed a lot on the same body areas (arms mainly) and therefore felt more difficult than it needed to.

The class was good and the instructor professional and encouraging. Need to bring own towels, shower towels and shampoo if you would like to shower after your class. This is not provided

What is ClassPass?
