About this class

HIIT & TRX is a high-intensity interval training class and is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This class gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. The TRX is designed to develop your cardiovascular and physical strength by using functional movements and dynamic positions using the suspension system. What’s NOT to love about a full body workout that tones everything up, gives your muscles that long and lean look, makes your core stronger and boosts your metabolic rate at the same time?!

Reasonable class, not very difficult though, and lots of downtime. If youre looking to break a sweat - better to do a F45.
