About this class

Restore Fitness mixes interval training with power kickboxing to give you a healthy dose of endurance, flexibility and strength training in one fun 50 minute session. Restore builds endurance through kickboxing and interval training. Strength with TRX, kettlebells, body-weight and resistance bands. Flexibility through yoga, martial arts conditioning and more stress relieving pad kicks.

How to prepare

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class for a quick conversation with their coaches who will fill you in on what to expect and get an understanding of your goals. Wear comfortable workout clothes. Their workouts are performed barefoot on mats, but you are free to wear yoga or mat socks if you like. Bring plenty of water. Parking is available beneath the building for $1 an hour with provided validation, or in nearby neighborhoods.

What is ClassPass?
