About this class
Pilates is a fantastic route to regaining muscle strength after having a baby. Why not come along with your baby (6 weeks to freely crawling) to our small friendly drop in pilates classes specifically for mothers who are looking to start to regain their strength alongside other new mums. The class will focus on building your strength inside and out and is designed to help recover pelvic floor strength, regain abdominal strength and connection while improving posture and core strength. Classes have a maximum of 9 so you are assured of the very best individual attention at all times in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Please ensure you follow medical guidance when returning back to exercise and that your health provider is happy for you to begin exercising. We suggest waiting a minimum of six weeks post pregnancy in normal circumstances and a minimum of 12 weeks following a C-Section.
