About this class

Making meditation easy, Space Out classes lead your mind from busy-ness to spacious-ness without any drama. You’ll prepare with simple body-focused somatic Yoga movements and breath control practices, before easing into different lying, sitting and walking meditation practices that will shift you to a calm and clear inner space.  SUITABLE FOR: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced  INTENSITY LEVEL: 1  SIMILAR TO: Somatic Yoga/Mindful Movement/Pranayama/Mindfulness Meditation

How to prepare

All you need to bring is comfortable clothing, and we'll provide the rest. Please make sure you arrive in time to check in five or ten minutes before your class time. Our check-in closes two minutes before class, after which our doors are locked and the teacher walks down to the studio. There is no access to the studio after this point, for security and to maintain the right yoga environment in class.

How to get there

With plenty of on- and off-street parking around the studio (please check the signs), you can enter at 10 Oxley Road (sign for CreativeCubes.Co) and go up the stairs to reception on level 1.

What is ClassPass?
