It’s time to level up your movement practice and spend some time in the Air! These classes will progressively build your core and upper body strength to master Yoga’s most challenging postures–arm balances and inversions–with safety and confidence. SUITABLE FOR: Intermediate/Advanced INTENSITY LEVEL: 2/3 SIMILAR TO: Animal Flow Yoga/Conditioned Strength/Arm Balances & Inversions

How to prepare
All you need to bring is comfortable clothing, and we'll provide the rest. Please make sure you arrive in time to check in five or ten minutes before your class time. Our check-in closes two minutes before class, after which our doors are locked and the teacher walks down to the studio. There is no access to the studio after this point, for security and to maintain the right yoga environment in class.
How to get there
With plenty of on- and off-street parking around the studio (please check the signs), you can enter at 10 Oxley Road (sign for CreativeCubes.Co) and go up the stairs to reception on level 1.
