How to prepare

Please dress in fitness attire that you can move freely in. Also, make sure to bring your own personal mat, towel and water-bottle.

How to get there

Class is held in the park across the street from the listed address (Ocean and Montana). Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for meter parking. There is also free street parking in the area.

What is ClassPass?
